What is the square footage on
the one- and two-bedroom apartments? |
|
One-bedroom apartments are 753
sq. ft. and two-bedroom apartments start at 1,193 sq. ft. and go up
to 1,286 sq. ft. We also have penthouses available. Please contact

Is early termination of the lease
permitted? |
|
Yes, but the following conditions
apply:
• At least two full month’s written notice is required.
• A fee equaling two month’s rent will be charged when the
notice is given. The notice will not go into effect until the termination
payment is received.
• The resident must not be in default of the lease or any other
charges.
• The resident must settle all accounts due up to the point of
termination.
• The early termination date must be on the last day of a calendar
month.

Is parking included in the rent? |
|
Parking is an additional $85.00
per month for a heated space and $95.00 per month for a reserved,
heated space.
|

What is the difference between
reserved and unreserved parking? |
|
Both are heated and attached to
the building. With reserved parking you have an assigned spot; with
unreserved you do not, although you are still guaranteed a space.
|

Do all of your apartments have
a balcony? |
|
|
Yes, all of the apartments have
a balcony. In the one-bedroom apartments, sliding doors lead to the
balcony from the living room and the bedroom. In the two-bedroom floor
plans, the balcony is accessible from the living room and the second
bedroom, while the master bedroom has either a floor-to-ceiling window
or an additional balcony access.

What amenities do you have in
your building? |
|

We have an indoor pool, whirlpool,
3 saunas, workout facility with locker room, tennis courts, guest
suites (for overnight stays), party rooms and a sun deck on the 35th
floor, pool table, and a business center with computers, copier, and

to the skyway system? |
|

Yes. The Minneapolis Skyway System
can be accessed from the third floor; the skyway has over five miles
of indoor, heated walkways connected to hundreds of downtown businesses,
stores, and restaurants.

Yes. Delivery arrangements can
also be made with the front desk attendant.
